Gazebo is a luxury apartment in Florence accommodating 6 guests located on the third floor and accessible by a lift. It is very spacious for to its 130 m2 we have to add its beautiful terrace of 25 m2. From the large hall you go to the dining room furnished with dining table and adorned with prints. A doorless arch communicates with the living room where green and rust red create precious decorative effects. Among its pieces of furniture are a three-seater sofa, armchairs, another sofa and some side tables. A beautiful trompe l’oeil depicts a window opening onto the country landscape. From the living room you can go to the terrace furnished with table and chairs. The double bedded room is furnished with a king size bed, period furniture and a very spacious walk-in wardrobe. There are two twin bedrooms, each boasting a large wardrobe, beautiful painted furniture and is decorated with fine fabrics. The apartment affords three bathrooms, one of them, the double bedded room’s en suite bathroom, features bathtub and shower and one has only a bath and the third has a shower. The large kitchen has been provided with every modern convenience and affords a window. This luxury apartment in Florence has been provided with independent heating, telephone, high speed internet, air conditioning, TV (LCD) with satellite channels.

- Force Majeure

Force Majeure is considered as being any event or circumstance which is not subject to the control of either party or any other contingency that cannot be foreseen, or, if it were foreseeable, is unavoidable according to the conditions and Case Law of Article 1.105 of the Civil Code. If the service of the current contract is interrupted through Force Majeure, this obligation shall be postponed for the time and duration that is deemed justifiable.

- Communications

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
