Interiors
From the noiseless street, the entrance will lead you to two different sorts of apartments: located on the ground floor are the Accademia Suites. They are very large rooms that easily host up to 3 people and enchant the visitors with their doors and windows giving onto a gorgeous patio. On the first floor, the Relais Accademia, which is joined to the owners´home, has master bedrooms, some of which also enjoy views of the tended and perfumed garden.
After many years of restoration, this elegant house saw its own rebirth, thanks to the jealous dedication of its owners who devoted themselves to restore it and keep its original features. History and art have come to light after this renewal: the stage and audience room of an 18th century little private theatre that is shared with the eager guest-audience, the patio enthroned by a 15th century fountain and the coloured pavements. And art turns this elegant house into a beautiful and unique piece: traces of frescoes to delight your eyes have been salvaged in some suites; some rooms still retain their golden-leaf decorated ceilings.If you have ever wondered what “perfect” feels like, this magical and artistic Florentine house is doubtless the answer.
