Fireplace is a charming room with the original parquet floor and a beautiful marble fireplace, the room has 2 big window with view of Via dell Scala and the city of Florence. The room has a double bedroom (that can become twin on request) an en-suite bathroom with bath-tub and shower and a ceramic fireplace. In the room there is also a blck velvet sofa that can be converted into an extra bed.

- Applicable jurisdiction

Both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, if possible, submit their case to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. The applicable Law shall be that of the Spanish Legal System.
